As long as network marketing has been around, the majority of consultants have struggled with trying to find qualified prospects. The internet has added a facet to prospecting that Amway distributors in the 1970?s never imagined. Hundreds of thousands of people (perhaps more) are now surfing the net in hopes of lead generation made easy. But is it really that easy?

* Is your upline successfully recruiting and generating leads online in a way that you can implement into your business?

* Are you marketing a product that is easy to understand and does not require you to perform a demonstration? For instance, if you are selling cosmetics and your product requires you to do a facial in order to sell it, you probably won't have too much luck online.



If you answered "No" to any of the above questions, the reality is that you may need to go in a different direction if you are serious about generating your own leads online. In general, online network marketing lead generation works far better when you have a team of people working together, brainstorming, and implementing the system. Without those components, it may be a difficult road ahead.
